Just remember, these sessions are seasonal, so book early before the frost chases us back inside! ❄️📸 Studio sessions are available all year!

Prepping for your pup’s big photoshoot is super easy (and fun)! 🎉 Here’s the scoop: Tire them out but not TOO much: A nice quick walk around our beautiful neighbourhood before the session can help them stay calm and focused plus give them an opportunity to do their business before entering the studio. 🐕‍🦺💨 Pack their favorites: Bring their go-to treats, toys, or anything that gets their tail wagging! Also any fun props you would like them to pose with 🦴🧸 Groom for glory: A quick brush or a fresh bath will have them looking their best. If you are planning to have them groomed, please do so 2 weeks prior to session. ✨🐾 Stay paw-sitive: Your energy matters! Keep things light and fun, and your dog will follow suit. That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest. Get ready for some fur-tastic photos! 📸🐶

When you and your pup arrive, get ready for a tail-wagging good time! 🐾 Here’s what to expect: Warm Welcome: We’ll greet you with big smiles and maybe a few treats for your furry star! 🦴 Sniff & Explore: Your pup can sniff around and get comfy in the studio—no rush, we want them to feel right at home. 🐕 Lights, Camera, Action: We do a quick conditioning session to get used to the camera and lights. Once your dog is relaxed, we’ll jump into the fun! Expect lots of treats, toys, and maybe some goofy noises to grab their attention. 🎉📸 Stress-Free Vibes: We’ll guide you and your pup every step of the way, keeping things light and playful. By the end, you’ll have a gallery full of paw-some memories! 🐶✨

Paws up for some exciting news—your STUDIO edited photos will be ready in about 2 weeks! 🐾 For OUTDOOR sessions, please note that the editing process takes a bit longer—up to 3-4 weeks—because there’s so much more that goes into perfecting every detail. But rest assured, the wait will be worth it! But here’s the deal: I know how hard it is to wait to see your pup’s adorable shots, so I always do my best to get them to you sooner. Once they’re ready, I’ll send you an email with a link to your online gallery, where you can ooh and aww to your heart’s content. Stay tuned—paw-some memories are on the way! 📸✨

Absolutely, the more paws, the merrier! 🐾🐾 You’re welcome to bring a second dog for an additional $100. For groups larger than two, multiple sessions may be required to ensure each furry friend gets their time to shine. If you have more than two pups, please contact Jill to discuss the best plan for your pack. Let’s make it a paw-ty to remember! 🎉🐶🌟

Life happens, and we totally get it! 🐾 If you need to reschedule, no worries—just give me at least 48 hours' notice, and we’ll find a new date that works paw-fectly for you and your pup. Keep in mind, the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to your rescheduled session if you give enough notice. For cancellations, the deposit will be forfeited. Let’s keep things stress-free and make sure your session is as fun as a game of fetch! 📸🐶✨

We’ll work together to figure out what’s missing and make it right. Whether it’s a reshoot or tweaking edits, I’m here to ensure you walk away with paw-some photos you’ll cherish fur-ever. 🐾📸💖 If, after a reshoot, you’re still not head over paws for your photos, no problem! 🐾 I’ll issue a refund as long as no images have been delivered after the reveal. Your satisfaction (and your pup’s star moment) is what matters most! 💖📸

The goal is to eventually do all printing in house. However at this time, we can only offer up to 12x12 in house. Photo albums, canvas wraps and enlargements go to our friends in Toronto. A small business printing company that matches our standard of quality!
